As we move forward, I will be diligently enforcing my policies to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients. While I remain flexible and understanding in many situations, I have been disappointed to find that some clients have taken advantage of my accommodating nature, which is particularly disheartening given the deep care and dedication I provide to each client. Beyond providing exceptional nail services, I am passionate about fostering meaningful relationships with my clients, and although I am learning to accept that this sentiment is not always reciprocated, I remain committed to delivering outstanding service. As of today, all policies will be strictly enforced. Please note that any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100 percent charge of the service fee, and rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50 percent charge of the service fee. If you cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours you will not be charged .In the event that this fee cannot be charged, I regret that booking future appointments will not be possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but as a business professional,I must also prioritize my financial obligations. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
